Web Development

Modern websites and apps built on the same stack we use for our own products. Fast, accessible, search-visible, with the analytics layer wired correctly from day one.

We build websites and web applications on the same modern stack we ship our own products on. Pages load in under a second, the design holds up on phone and desktop, and your team can update content without ever needing to call us. Every preview is shareable as a link before it goes live — so a stakeholder can sign off without learning what a pull request is. Technical SEO foundations ship with every build — structured data, fast loads, semantic markup — alongside analytics, ad-platform pixels, and a cookie consent banner that actually respects user choice. The site stays competitive in search and the tracking layer survives a privacy review from day one, without a separate engagement.

Vaccarezza Racing

vaccarezzaracing.com

A full Next.js rebuild of a three-page website-builder site for a Kentucky-based Thoroughbred trainer, built to turn a prospective owner into a conversation. Its ungated ownership page sets out how the bill works for that reader — what the day rate covers, what is billed on top, how the trainer is paid — which no trainer site in its competitive set does. Every result is dated and verified, and for the current record the site links out to the official profile instead of scraping it. The hero runs Nick's own race-day footage.

Sheesh Washing Professionals

sheeshteam.com

Marketing-ops platform for an owner-operated South Florida exterior-cleaning company. Programmatic local-SEO architecture spans 8 service detail pages and 12 service-area city pages across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade, with server-side Meta Conversions API tracking, a reCAPTCHA + honeypot anti-spam pipeline, and a Supabase-backed lead-notification layer that pings the owner the moment a quote request lands. Built so the owner can run his own gallery, before/after sliders, testimonials, and service copy from a content layer he never has to ship a deploy to touch.
