About
The bird that reads the storm before it announces itself.
Ibis SaaS Holdings, LLC is a Florida holding company that operates a portfolio of healthcare-software ventures from Brickell, Miami. Founded by a critical-care paramedic and production engineer who still works clinical shifts. The portfolio is named for the bird the Gulf Coast watches to know the storm is coming.
Across South Florida — from the Everglades to the Brickell skyline — the white ibis is the most ordinary bird you can see. They walk through golf course rough by the dozen, probe canal banks for grubs, and roost on rooftops along the bay. They are also why the University of Miami calls itself the Hurricanes: Gulf Coast lore has the ibis as the hurricane bird, said to be the last to take shelter when the storm rolls in and the first to reappear once the sky clears. Whether the cue is barometric pressure, infrasound, or a hundred years of paying closer attention than the rest of us, the ibis is in the air before the warning siren goes.
That is the company.
In healthcare, the storm always comes. A student who was not ready for the exam they sat for last week. A cohort whose pass rates were slipping for two semesters before anyone looked at the right cut of the data. A standing order that was current the day it was written and stale by the time the call came in. A patient care report that nobody caught was wrong until the run was already billed and flagged for audit. The disruption is never the surprise — the surprise is always how late the warning arrived.
Ibis SaaS Holdings builds the tools that fly ahead of the storm.

The formation
Different ibises, same direction of flight.
Path2Medicis the first ibis to lift. A consumer EMS test-prep platform built around the National Registry's transition to Technology Enhanced Items, it gives paramedic and AEMT students an exam environment that mirrors what they will face on test day, and the analytics that surface weak domains before the score does.
Foresightis foresight in the name itself. The institutional half: a B2B SaaS that lets paramedic program directors author their own TEI items, deliver them to their cohorts, and see — by domain, by student, by accreditation cycle — where the next failure is going to come from.
Standing.IOis the tooling. Medical directors, clinical departments, and fire/EMS agencies — anyone whose job is to maintain a current, defensible protocol book — get a clean editor with a state-aware scope scaffold and a safety-check that flags issues during drafting. The medical director owns the protocol and signs.
Apex PCRis the ibis closest to the call itself. A NEMSIS-compliant electronic patient care reporting platform built for the people in the back of the truck and the back office that has to bill the run.
More are in flight — additional ventures inside healthcare operations, education, and clinical software are scheduled for release as they reach the readiness bar.
Founder
Vincent Burburan.

Founder of Ibis SaaS Holdings. Operates a parallel clinical and engineering practice — critical-care paramedic, NAEMSE Level 1 instructor, licensed across three states, and a production engineer shipping Next.js, Postgres, and AI integration work for healthcare teams.
Still works PRN as a Critical Care Paramedic. 11 years of clinical service.
The clinical side of that practice ran across 911 in metropolitan and rural settings, critical-care transport, Registry test prep with paramedic students, and the long-form work that program directors and medical directors do between accreditation cycles. The patterns that recur on that side of the bench — knowledge that didn't reach the right question on test day, cohort risk that surfaced only after the score came back, standing orders that aged out before anyone could revise them, run reports nobody audited until the bill bounced — are the patterns the Ibis portfolio is built to break.

Operator-partners
Ibis is not raising. We occasionally take on operator-partners — clinicians, healthcare leaders, or strategic backers who have lived the problems we are solving. If that is you: vincent@ibissaas.com.
Headquarters
Where the storm is closest to land.
Ibis is built from Brickell Arch, on the financial district of Miami. We chose this address deliberately. Healthcare technology lives at the seam of clinical work and capital, and the next conversation about a venture, a regulator, or a round is twelve minutes away — not a flight.
Building something that has to work the first time?
We take on a small number of new clients each quarter. Tell us what you are building, what rules surround it, and where you are stuck.
