How an engagement runs

    Discovery call

    Forty minutes on what you are building and what is in the way. No deck.

  2. 02

    Proposal and pro forma

    A written scope with gates, a price, and a model of what it returns. You keep both whether or not we proceed.

  3. 03

    Agreement

    A short services agreement with three exhibits: deliverables by milestone, the payment schedule, and what is billed by others. Signed on your phone.

  4. 04

    Milestones

    Work lands in gated steps. Each invoice after the first is issued when its milestone is delivered, never before.

  5. 05

    Launch and platform

    Thirty days of support after launch, then a month-to-month platform fee with thirty days' notice.

How billing works

  • Every invoice arrives by email with a payment page. Card today; bank debit on request.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Ibis never sees or stores your card number.
  • Vendor accounts (video, secure email, hosting, pharmacy) are opened in your name and billed by those vendors.
  • Your code and your data are yours. A complete export is available within thirty days of any request.
