What we collect
When you submit our contact form we store your name, email address, company (if provided), and the message you sent. We also record a hashed version of your IP address and your browser user agent for abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. That is the entire purpose. We do not enroll you in a marketing list, and we do not share your contact details with anyone outside Ibis SaaS Holdings.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics tooling (Google Analytics 4, optionally Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) only after you accept the cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are written and no analytics events are sent. You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Where data lives
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase project we operate under our own AWS organization. The site is hosted on Vercel. Email is delivered via Resend.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@ibissaas.com. We respond within 30 days.
